Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order on bloom.eco, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our website or services.
Products
Our bamboo sanitary pads and wellness products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to display settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
Orders & Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and an order confirmation email is sent to you.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store payment details on our servers.
Shipping
We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. A tracking link will be sent to your registered email once dispatched. bloom.eco is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content — logos, text, images, and designs — is the property of bloom.eco and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
bloom.eco is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- › Product is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- › Product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@bloomeco.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product. Our team responds within 2 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item:
- › UPI / Cards / Net Banking — refunded to source account
- › Wallets — refunded to wallet used
- › COD — bank transfer (account details required)
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕ Opened or used products
- ✕ Sale or coupon-discounted items (unless defective)
- ✕ Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment needed from your side.
